Solicitation

• Installation of a temporary HVAC unit (approx. 100 tons, 17500 CFM) to maintain ER cooling/heating during replacement.

• Demolition and removal of existing equipment, site preparation, and installation of new equipment.

• Replacement of the main AHU (GOVERNAIR Model # TL10-10048-E or approved equal, or equivalent with air-cooled chiller), with integration into the existing Honeywell DDC Building Automation system.

• Refurbishment of existing exhaust fans (EF1, EF2, EF3) including motor replacement and duct cleaning.

• Replacement of steam/hot water heat exchanger (HE-1), hot water pumps (P-1, P-2), and associated piping.

• Replacement of 18 Constant Volume (CV) terminal units.

• All necessary mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work for a complete system.

• Compliance with VA specifications, federal, state, and local codes.

• Adherence to safety regulations (OSHA, NFPA).
