• Demolition and removal of existing equipment, site preparation, and installation of a new packaged AHU (GOVERNAIR Model # TL10-10048-E or approved equal), integrated with the existing Honeywell DDC Building Automation system.
• Refurbishment of existing exhaust fans (EF1, EF2, EF3) including motor replacement and duct cleaning.
• Replacement of the steam/hot water heat exchanger (HE-1), hot water pumps (P-1, P-2), and associated steam, condensate, and hot water piping.
• Removal and replacement of 18 Constant Volume (CV) terminal units.
• All related mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, duct modifications, and control system installations.
• Work must comply with VA specifications, OSHA, NFPA, and Life Safety Codes. Phasing of work in occupied areas is required.

Key Requirements & Submission
