Wage Determination

• Applies to highway construction projects excluding tunnels, building structures in rest areas, railroad construction, bascule/suspension/spandrel arch bridges for commercial navigation, marine construction, and other major bridges.

• Contracts subject to the Davis-Bacon Act are generally required to pay at least the applicable minimum wage rate under Executive Order 14026 or Executive Order 13658.

• Contracts entered into on or after January 30, 2022, or renewed/extended on or after January 30, 2022: Executive Order 14026 generally applies. Contractors must pay at least $17.75 per hour (or the higher rate on this determination) for all hours worked in 2025.
