Project Scope
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision to decommission existing JCI PCG Controllers and Expanders for Heating Hot Water (HHW) and Air Handling Unit (AHU) systems. New Siemens BACnet PXC.A controllers, expanders, and air temperature sensors will be installed and fully integrated into the existing Siemens Campus Building Management System (BMS) Front End (Desigo CC). The period of performance is 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
Critical Contractor Qualifications
Offerors must be an authorized and certified Siemens partner for the past five years, possess a minimum of five technicians certified in Siemens Desigo, PXC, DXR, and/or ABT, and maintain a local office within 50 miles of Palo Alto, CA, for rapid response.
Contract Details & Compliance
This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with an estimated magnitude of construction between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code is 238210 ($19M size standard). Offerors must be VetCert verified at the time of offer and prior to award. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required, and the Buy American statute applies. Compliance with VA Handbook 6500.6 Appendix B and C for information and IT security is mandatory. Wage Determination CA20250018 is applicable.
