The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services to complete this project.

The objective of this project is to replace existing JCI controllers with Siemens BACnet controllers in the b105 Simulation Center at VAPAHCS Palo Alto.

• Replace existing JCI controllers with Siemens BACnet controllers.

• Perform work within 60 calendar days from the notice to proceed.

• Provide a project schedule upon award and notify the CO/COR of any expected delays.

• Coordinate work with the COR to minimize impact on daily activities and noise.
