  • Hydrovac underground electrical trenching, conduit, and pull wire installation.
  • Provision of two (2) 125 Amp breakers at the existing electrical source and a Christy box.
  • Installation of a UFER ground and an 8' copper ground rod.
  • Construction of an aluminum screen wall fence with gates.
  • Installation of conditioned tuff shed-style storage units with underground electrical connections, personnel doors, and aluminum roll-up doors.
  • The Period of Performance is 180 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
  • Work will be performed at the Storage Yard, VASNHS, 6900 N Pecos Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89086.
