This notice is a market research tool to identify potential sources capable of performing Project No. 593-26-104, Install Interior Design (ID) Concrete Pad at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS). The government is assessing industry capabilities and acquisition planning. Responses will help determine the procurement strategy, including potential small business set-asides.

• Installation of a 90’ x 61’ 4” concrete slab.

• The slab will support two (2) 30’ x 40’ storage units.

• Includes required utility runs and grounding.

• Installation of two conditioned tuff shed-style storage units with underground electrical connection, a personnel single door, and an aluminum roll-up door.
