Specific responsibilities for equipment handling, utility connections, and stainless steel trim reinstallation are detailed. Climate control requirements for equipment are 68°F +/- 2°F with 40% +/- 5% humidity. Crane operations are limited to one day, on weekends or after hours, requiring contractor supervision and VA approval. No designated lay-down areas or on-site parking are available. The government will not pay for stored materials or material costs for extended performance periods. Section 28 13 00: Physical Access Control System will be included.
