Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide annual restriping services and maintenance for parking lots and roads at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPUG) – Seattle campus.

• Furnish and apply paint and reflective glass beads on pavement surfaces.

• Restripe traffic lanes, parking bays, handicapped areas, crosswalks, stop sign blocks, directional arrows, no parking areas, Fire Zones, building access points, and other painted road markings.

• Includes converting regular stalls to ADA-compliant stalls as necessary.

• Services cover the Seattle campus parking tower and parking lots (B, C, D, E, F, G) and all roads within the campus.

• Base year and option years 1-4.

• Services to occur annually between June and July.

• Work must be completed within 60 days once commenced.

• Place of Performance: VA Facility, Seattle Division, 1660 S Columbian Way, Seattle, WA 98108.

• Work must comply with specified federal, state, and local standards (e.g., OSHA, Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, DOT specifications).
