Submission Requirements

- Volume I: Past Performance: Requires 2-3 projects over $20 million, completed within the last five years, demonstrating experience in large-scale communication infrastructure construction within active healthcare environments, particularly VA facilities. Attachment 18 (Project Information Sheet) is required, and PPQs/CPARS for subcontractors.
- Volume II: Price: Includes a Firm Fixed Price, completed Price Schedule, and detailed Division Pricing using the SUMMATION tab of Attachment 19.
- Volume III: Administrative Information: Includes current SAM representations, FAR clauses, and Attachment 15 (Limitations on Subcontracting Clause). A joint venture agreement is required for JVs.
