Scope of Work
The project involves comprehensive general construction, alterations, demolition, and new construction across multiple buildings (e.g., 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 15, 16, 18, 24, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 00, 189, 202, 219, 221, 224, 225, 226) and site areas. Key deliverables include:
- Electrical upgrades: Panels, power, bonding, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Building Management System (BMS) interfaces.
- HVAC assessment and upgrades.
- Space reconfiguration, expansion, and renovation.
- Communication infrastructure: Data outlets, patch panels, Cat 6A cable upgrades, dedicated non-continuous pathways for fiber optic backbone. Telecommunications contractors must be BICSI licensed with 5 years' experience, and technicians require manufacturer certifications.

Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.
- Period of Performance: Approximately 730 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.

Additional Notes
