Scope of Work
The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to address and repair leaks from the roof of Building 114. Key tasks include:

- Installation of new tapered ISO insulation and a mechanically fastened .060 white TPO membrane over the entire flat roof area, with fully adhered membrane at walls/curbs and heat-welded seams.
- Fabrication and installation of new 24-gauge white polyvinylidene fluoride finished drip edge, flashings, and counterflashing metals.
- Removal and replacement of existing pilaster caps, ledge metal, and deteriorated fascia wrap metal with new white polyvinylidene fluoride coated metal.
- Installation of new standing seam roof panels in Slate Gray, matching the original Englert 2500 Series.
- Fastening and sealing of the hip cap.
- Removal of all demolished materials and construction waste.
- Existing metal panels at TPO membrane interfaces will be fully removed and replaced. Panels to be replaced are those emptying into compromised valleys.
Contract Details & Requirements
