Scope of Work

- Remediation: Excavate contaminated soils and remove all remaining vat structures and debris (estimated at 900 cubic yards of soil and 554 tons of concrete/soil disposal).
- Disposal: Transport contaminated materials to a regulated Subtitle D landfill.
- Restoration: Backfill excavated areas with clean soil (90% proctor density) and reseed with native plant species.
- Compliance: Coordinate with the Navajo Nation Historical Preservation Program and Fish and Wildlife department; provide a Health and Safety Plan (HASP) with HAZWOPER-trained staff.
