  • Removal of all remaining structures and remnants of the vats.
  • Excavation and proper disposal of contaminated soils (estimated 900 cubic yards) and concrete/contaminated soil (estimated 554 tons) in a Subtitle D landfill.
  • Final site restoration, including backfilling with certified clean soil and reseeding with native plant species.
  • Preparation of a work plan, project schedule, soil sampling plan (using EPA Method 8081A), Quality Assurance/Quality Control plan, and a Health and Safety Plan (HASP) with HAZWOPER training.
  • Consultation with the Navajo Nation Historical Preservation Program and Fish and Wildlife departments is required, with clearance process documentation provided.
  • A single consolidated final report, clearly separating the three projects, is required.
