Scope of Work

The contractor will provide comprehensive FMP training, including Combat Clearance, Anatomy and Physiology, live & fresh tissue training, Mission Planning, Casualty Evacuation (CASEVAC), Technical Rope Rescue, Extrication, K-9 medicine, Low Visibility operations, Personnel Recovery, Hostage Rescue, Confined Space and Structural Collapse, Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support, or Tactical Combat Casualty Care. Training must adhere to AFTTP 3-3 Guardian Angel and the Pararescue Medical Operations Handbook.

Key requirements include:

  • AAALAC accredited live tissue vendors.
  • Instructors with Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) operational experience.
  • Provision of non-life rated Technical Rescue equipment, M4 rifles with NVD capable IR lasers and optics, UTM simunition bolts and ammo, and Glock simunition pistols and ammo.
  • Facilities must include climate-controlled secure storage, two helicopter simulators with NVD compatible lighting, a climate-controlled gym, and a vertical structure support (min 200ft).
  • A secure indoor facility for uninterrupted, day/night, all-weather training.
  • Provision of an emergency room doctor or general surgeon for medical training and cadavers for surgical procedures.
  • Provision of White Cell, Opposing Force, Casualties, and Vehicles for extrication scenarios.
