Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary facilities, logistical support, and certified instructors for a 10-day FMP training course. Key training areas include:

- Advanced Medical Training (Anatomy, Physiology, Live & Fresh Tissue, Cadavers)
- Technical Rope Rescue and Extrication
- K-9 Medicine
- Personnel Recovery and Hostage Rescue
- Operations in Low Visibility, Confined Space, and Structural Collapse environments
Training must adhere to AFTTP 3-3 Guardian Angel and the Pararescue Medical Operations Handbook.
Key Requirements
- Instructors: Must possess Guardian Angel (GA) and Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC)/Tier One operational experience. An emergency room doctor or general surgeon is required for medical protocols.
- Facilities: Secure, climate-controlled areas for planning, debriefing, gear storage, and a gym. A secure indoor facility for uninterrupted, all-weather training, two NVD-compatible helicopter simulators, a vertical structure (min 200ft), and a floodable structural collapse scenario are essential.
- Equipment: Contractor provides non-life-rated technical rescue equipment and simulated weapons (M4, Glock simunition). Government provides life-rated equipment.
- Logistics: White Cell, Opposing Force (OPFOR), role-players for casualties, and vehicles for extrication scenarios.
- Accreditation: Live tissue vendors must be AAALAC accredited.
Training Schedule & Location
- Silver Team: 20 Students, 4 Evaluators (March 9-13, 2026)
- Blue Team: 20 Students (March 23-27, 2026)
- Location: Within the continental United States, with a preference for locations within a 9-hour driving radius of Moody AFB, GA.
