Scope of Work

The requirement is to provide a temporary bathhouse facility, specifically a portable trailer with four (4) stalls, including one (1) ADA-compliant stall (with a lift if needed). Each stall must feature a private shower, toilet, and vanity with a sink providing hot and cold water, and lockable doors. The contractor is responsible for delivery, setup assistance, maintenance, and replacement of the unit within 48 hours of a service call. Propane tanks must be portable and delivered full. Delivery and setup must occur during normal duty hours (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday). The contractor must also provide specifications and/or manuals for installation.

Out of Scope

The Government will handle grey water removal, plumbing to sewer, janitorial services, paper supplies, and propane tank refills.
