Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide a temporary bathhouse for the Heritage Club Pool during the demolition and rebuild of the new bathhouse.

• Provide a (5) stall portable trailer, including (1) ADA compliant stall (wheelchair accessible, with lift if needed) and (4) standard stalls. All stalls must be in the same trailer.

• Each stall must include a private shower, toilet, and vanity with sink.

• Stall doors must be lockable from the inside.

• Stalls must provide cold and hot water in the sink.

• Contractor must provide maintenance or replacement of the unit within 48 hours of a service call.

• Propane tanks must be portable and full of fuel upon delivery.

• Contractor must assist 78 CE with setup and disconnect, providing required specifications and/or manuals.

• All contractor vehicles must be clearly marked and enter/depart through Gate 4 at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia 31098.
