Scope of Work

This project is divided into three phases:

  • Phase 1: Interior Facility Upgrades (South Trailers) – Convert Room 109 into a SIPR café, install new SIPR ports and cabling, re-route power and NIPR LAN, and reconfigure door access. This includes demolition, painting, ceiling, flooring, and base trim work.
  • Phase 2: Exterior Facility Upgrades (South Trailers) – Install a continuous exterior-rated vapor barrier, vertical metal paneling over existing skirting (on South, East, and West sides), insulate piping, test heat tape for sewer lines, relocate/install access panels, seal the building envelope, and install a new awning.
  • Phase 3: Decommissioning and Removal (North Trailers) – Decommission and remove the North AATTC trailers (vendors are not required to remove them from base). This includes repairing existing decking, constructing new guardrails and stairs, and removing cameras, low-voltage wiring, skirting, and access panels. Salvage skirting boards for reuse.

Special Requirements & Notes

Offerors must acknowledge all amendments. Personnel requiring base access need REAL ID-compliant identification and must submit background check forms at least 7 working days prior. A Registered Communications Design and Distribution (RCDD) engineer is required for communications cabling. The contractor is responsible for providing a 30-yard dumpster for debris disposal off-base. Hazardous materials must be registered, and fire/digging permits are required.
