Scope of Work
This requirement is for the supply of:
- Wood Flooring Materials: Approximately 5,000 sq ft (465 sq meters) of HW582CA303 Oak Traditions or equivalent, in Rustic Natural #00135 color. Specific dimensions are L1490mm x 128.56mm or 125.5mm, with a thickness of 8.4-8.5mm. Random lengths are not acceptable.
- Wood Adhesive: 50 pails of Shaw floor 3-in-1 Ultra or equivalent. Equivalent manufacturer-recommended adhesives are acceptable if suitable for indoor use without fume issues; a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must be submitted for any proposed alternative.
Delivery is required to either the U.S. Despatch Agency in the U.S. or directly to the U.S. Embassy Tokyo, Japan, with detailed packing and shipping instructions provided. Japanese Consumption Taxes are not applicable.
Contract Details

- Payment: Offers and payments will be in U.S. Dollars. Firms not meeting the U.S. firm definition will be paid in Japanese Yen.
