Scope of Work
This requirement is for non-personal services to provide program mission support to NAMRU EURAFCENT. The services include:
- Administration Technician (1 FTE): Maintain, review, and reconcile accounting records for 7 fiscal years and approximately 20 Medical Research Projects. Responsibilities include reviewing documents for proper accounting classification, ensuring data accuracy, reconciling expenditure documents, resolving fund deficiencies, maintaining project spreadsheets (OPTAR sheets), researching payments, reviewing OPTAR to prevent mismanagement, preparing funding documents (e.g., 2276, 2275, MIPR, SF182), submitting various financial reports, assisting with internal operating procedures, and handling data entry for financial records, purchase requests, orders, travel orders, invoices, agreements, and correspondence. Also tracks Government-approved time costs.
- Travel Assistant / Administration Technician (1 FTE): Prepare travel requests, cost estimates, and travel orders. Process travel claims, verify compliance with regulations, and provide training on travel requirements. Coordinate hotel reservations and conference registrations. Distribute travel authorizations and communicate entry visa requirements, track visa services, perform administrative duties for visa processing, assist applicants, and provide Arabic-English interpretation/translation. Monitors diplomatic note submissions and drafts/organizes correspondence.
