- Administration Technician (1 FTE): Responsibilities include maintaining and reconciling accounting records for seven fiscal years, reviewing documents for proper accounting classification and fund availability, ensuring data accuracy, reconciling expenditure documents, resolving fund discrepancies, maintaining project spreadsheets (OPTAR sheets), researching payments, preparing funding documents (e.g., 2276, 2275, MIPR, SF182), and submitting various financial reports. Minimum qualifications include a University degree in a relevant field or 5 years of experience, 3 years of administrative experience, and fluency in English and Arabic.
- Travel Assistant / Administration Technician (1 FTE): Responsibilities involve preparing and processing travel requests, estimating costs, updating travel logbooks, preparing travel orders, processing travel claims with required documentation, verifying travel requirements against regulations, providing on-the-job training, coordinating reservations, assisting with visa services, and providing interpretation/translation services (Arabic-English and English-Arabic). Minimum qualifications include a University degree in a relevant field or 5 years of experience, 3 years of administrative/secretarial experience, and fluency in English and Arabic with translation ability.
