- Accounting and Administration Support (1 FTE): Maintain, review, and reconcile accounting records (for at least 7 fiscal years), ensure proper accounting classification and fund availability, prepare funding documents (e.g., 2276, 2275, MIPR, SF182), submit various financial reports, assist in developing internal operating procedures for financial systems, and handle data entry for financial records and documents.
- Travel Assistant / Administration Technician Support (1 FTE): Prepare travel requests, estimate costs, prepare travel orders, process travel claims, coordinate hotel/conference arrangements, communicate entry visa requirements, assist applicants with visa application processes, and provide Arabic-English interpretation/translation services.
Performance standards include maintaining 97% compliance for administrative tasks and ensuring deliverables have less than 3 errors. A Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) will be used for verification.
