Scope of Work

The requirement is for two full-time equivalent (FTE) positions:

  • Administration Technician (Accounting Focus): Responsible for maintaining and reconciling accounting records (7 fiscal years, ~20 projects), reviewing documents for proper classification and fund availability, ensuring data accuracy, preparing funding documents (e.g., 2276, 2275, MIPR, SF182), and submitting various financial reports. Minimum qualifications include a University degree in a relevant field or 5 years of experience, 3 years of administrative experience, fluency in English and Arabic, and MS Office proficiency.
  • Travel Assistant / Administration Technician: Responsible for preparing and processing travel requests, estimating costs, preparing travel orders and claims, coordinating reservations, assisting with visa services, and providing interpretation/translation (Arabic-English). Minimum qualifications include a University degree in a relevant field or 5 years of experience, 3 years of administrative/secretarial experience, fluency in English and Arabic (with translation ability), and MS Office proficiency.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP)
  • Period of Performance: One (1) Base Year of 12 months, commencing March 30, 2026, followed by four (4) 12-month Option Years.
  • Place of Performance: NAMRU EURAFCENT offices in Cairo, Egypt.
