• Drainage Effects: "Drainage effects" refer to minor, localized issues arising from milling and overlay operations (e.g., edge buildup, low spots) that need correction to ensure proper surface drainage. This does not include shoulder construction or regrading.
• CLINs 0001 & 0003: The Period of Performance for these CLINs is revised to February 21 to May 1, 2026, to allow flexibility.
• Coordination: Contractors must coordinate with other contractors and the Maintenance Contractor to avoid conflicts. While routine activities are ongoing, no specific concurrent work is identified that would directly interfere with milling and paving operations.
• Liquidated Damages: Liquidated damages are not included in the solicitation or amendments and therefore do not apply.
