Fit reasons
- NAICS alignment with historical contract wins in similar service areas.
- Scope strongly matches core technical capabilities and delivery model.

- Potential clarification needed on staffing minimums before bid/no-bid.
Next steps
Validate eligibility requirements, assign capture owner, and schedule partner outreach to confirm teaming strategy before submission planning.
Quick Summary
The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), under the National Institutes of Health (NIH), has issued a Special Notice announcing the BIOmolecular Grammar for protein Aggregation Modulation and Intervention (BIOGAMI) program and an associated Proposers' Day on February 20, 2026. This event aims to inform the scientific community about the BIOGAMI program, which seeks to transform therapeutic approaches for protein dysfunction.
Program Overview
The BIOGAMI program focuses on controlling protein folding to address diseases like neurodegenerative disorders, cancers, and diabetes. It aims to develop tools for predicting and modulating protein misfolding and aggregation, and to identify novel indicators for early detection. The program will feature two technical areas (TA1: Molecular Grammar of IDRs, TA2: Modulate IDPs) and two phases, each 24 months long, with proposals required to address both TAs in Phase 1.
Proposers' Day Details
The Proposers' Day, a hybrid event, will be held at the Executive Conference Center in Arlington, VA, and virtually. Its purpose is to provide information on program goals, scope, timeline, and the structure for the forthcoming Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO). The event will include overview presentations by government personnel, 3-minute lightning talks by proposers, and 5-minute private sidebar meetings (in-person on Feb 20, virtual on Feb 23). Attendees are encouraged to submit a one-page PDF "teaming profile" detailing capabilities and desired collaborations via https://solutions.arpa-h.gov/Teaming. An optional 3-minute Lightning Talk presentation template is also provided. Live Q&A will be conducted, with answers posted on the BIOGAMI FAQ page: https://arpa-h.gov/research-and-funding/programs/BIOGAMI/faqs.
