Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, training, and labor. Key services include:
- ACS Procurement and Installation: Installation of a complete Lenel Head End ACS system, including all labor, software, materials, and components for various entrances and Room 135. Cabling must be properly installed.
- Annual Preventative Maintenance: Sustaining ACS hardware and software, monitoring control panels, providing software updates, and conducting annual hardware inspections.
- Service Calls and Repairs: Responding to customer service calls within 24 hours, providing replacement parts within 72 hours, and coordinating work with the Government. Service Calls and Repairs are designated as mission essential services.
- Localized Help Desk Support: Providing support for ACS issues with a 4-hour initial contact response time and a 72-hour target resolution for non-critical issues.
