Additional Requirements

Contractors must adhere to Federal, State, and Local building codes, UFC, UFGS, NEC, Plumbing Codes, IBC, OBC, and OSHA requirements. A site safety plan is mandatory. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all required base passes, dig permits, utility locates, and other permits. A full-time Superintendent must be appointed and present on-site. A 1-year warranty on all material, labor, and installed equipment is required. Value Engineering Change Proposals (VECPs) are encouraged.
