This Full and Open Competition opportunity, valued between $100,000 and $250,000, requires the repair and upgrade of the HVAC system, including the replacement of a 30-ton RTU and associated controls. Proposals are due by March 13, 2026, at 02:00 PM local time.
Scope of Work
This project involves comprehensive HVAC system repair and upgrades for Building 1. Key tasks include:
- Removal and disposal of the existing 30-ton Rooftop Unit (RTU) and installation of a new, appropriately sized RTU.

- Provision and configuration of a new DDC headend unit and software, to be located in Building 2. The new DDC system must be BACnet compatible, utilize Niagara 4 software, and not be web-based.
- Demolition and removal of the existing roof access ladder and roof hatch handrail, followed by the installation of a new OSHA-compliant aluminum handrail and roof access ladder. The roof hatch itself does not require replacement.
