• Custom Configurations: Custom configurations from the current setup are permissible.
• CFT Weight: A CFT weighs 2,125 lbs.
• Quantity of Lifts: There are a total of six (6) 2-post lifts to be replaced. These are described as three (3) double-sided lifts, with each double-sided lift comprising four posts (two 2-post lifts connected together). Each side of a double-sided lift has independent controls.
• Palletization: The government will provide crates for storing the disassembled lifts. The vendor is responsible for packing the disassembled lifts into these crates. Crates will be available on-site before disassembly begins.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the replacement of three (3) double-sided Automotive Vehicle Lifts for the 402d Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The scope includes providing all materials, equipment, labor, transportation, shipping, set up, and installation.

Purchase Description

This document outlines the requirements for the procurement of three (3) double-sided Automotive Vehicle Lifts for the 402d Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The lifts must be capable of holding two (2) F-15 Conformal Fuel Tanks simultaneously. The contractor is responsible for the disassembly, removal, and palletization of existing lifts, as well as the installation of new lifts.

• Provide all materials, equipment, labor, transportation, shipping, setup, and installation for three (3) double-sided Automotive Vehicle Lifts.

• Disassemble, remove, and palletize existing car lifts at Robins AFB.

• Ensure only one (1) double-sided car lift is out of service at any given time during disassembly and installation.

• Perform functional testing of each new lift with F-15 Conformal Fuel Tanks.

• Provide one (1) paper copy and one (1) electronic copy of the Operation/Maintenance Manual at least three (3) days after installation of all units.

• Provide a standard one (1)-year warranty on all parts and workmanship.

• Period of Performance: Delivery and installation of the first lift no later than twelve (12) weeks after Government approval of drawings. Remaining two (2) lifts to be delivered and installed no later than four (4) weeks after the first lift is installed.
