Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, transportation, shipping, setup, and installation for three (3) modified double-sided Automotive Vehicle Lifts. This includes disassembling, removing, and crating existing lifts, and installing new Rotary Two-Post Car Lifts modified to handle F-15 Conformal Fuel Tanks (CFTs). Each side of the modified lift must have a minimum 5,000lb lifting capacity (10,000lbs total per double-sided lift) and be capable of safely handling a CFT. Only one double-sided lift can be out of service at a time.
Key Requirements
New lifts must be configured to use existing "Mounting Hardware" special tooling (Drawing X200315801) for CFT hard lifting points, ensuring compatibility without modification. Functional testing with F-15 CFTs is required for each new lift. Deliverables include Operation/Maintenance Manuals, a Contractor's Safety Plan (including Appendix C), and Accident/Incident Reports. All personnel working on Robins AFB must complete mandatory EMS and EnMS Awareness Training.
