- Identify actual or potential cross-connections.
- Evaluate the adequacy of existing backflow prevention devices (BFDs).
- Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions. Deliverables include a Preliminary Survey Report (within 45 days of survey completion) and a Final Report (within 90 days of survey completion), which must include an itemized cost estimate for corrective actions and repairs, including a 25% contingency.

Key Requirements
The team lead performing the survey must hold appropriate Washington State certifications in cross-connection control and backflow prevention.
