The contractor shall provide a CO2 Laser Cutter & Engraver that meets or exceeds the minimum specifications outlined in Attachment No. 1. Key requirements include:

- Cutting Area: Minimum 48” x 96”.
- Z Table: Z axis 2” reciprocating.
- Power: AC 110v.
- Chiller: Water CW-6000 (110v) BN&AN, 50 & 60 Hrtz.
- Software: Lightburn Pro (LS/HP, FM, UV).
- Air Compressor: Steel (8 gal).
- Lenses: 2.5” 20mm, 2.5” 25mm, 4”.
- Accessories: USB flash drive.
- Training: 1 Day onsite training.
- Warranty: 2-year.
Items must be factory new; used, pre-owned, refurbished, or remanufactured goods will not be accepted. Offerors may propose a "brand name or equal" solution, but must provide sufficient technical information for evaluation if proposing an equivalent product. Part numbers (e.g., Boss Laser LLC 100070) are provided for reference only.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Request for Quotation (RFQ), Firm Fixed-Price (FFP).
- Set-Aside: Total Small Business.
- Delivery: Anticipated 5-7 weeks After Receipt of Order (ARO), FOB Destination to Rome, NY 13441-4516. The DoDAAC is F4HBL1.
- Unique Item Identifier (UII/UID): Required for Line Item Numbers with a unit price ≥ $5,000, using two-dimensional data matrix symbology (ISO/IEC 16022, ECC200).
Submission Requirements
Written quotes are due via email to tabitha.haggart@us.af.mil by the deadline. Offerors must complete representations and certifications, including DFARS 252.204-7998 Alternate A and other specified FAR/DFARS clauses (Attachment No. 2). Monitoring SAM.gov for amendments is the offeror's responsibility.
Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offer. Evaluation factors include:
