  • Work Area: Minimum 4’ x 8’ cutting area, ±0.001 inches positioning accuracy, 2" Z-Axis travel, knife blade/sawtooth platform.
  • Power & Laser: 1500 Watts / 20 Amps gross power input, 110V-220V voltage. Requires technical datasheet for the laser tube, detailing construction, composition, and cutting capabilities.
  • Performance: Servo-stepper system or equivalent, up to 1,000 mm/sec processing speed.
  • Laser Heads: Both organic materials cutting head and a metal cutting head with auto-height contour following.
  • Material Cutting: Must cut at least 1" thick wood, 16-gauge carbon/mild steel, and 14-gauge stainless steel. Vendors must list other materials the system can cut.
  • Software & Connectivity: Compatible with Lightburn™ or equivalent, supports Windows, Mac OS, or Linux, and offers USB, LAN/Ethernet, or Wi-Fi connectivity. Job memory capacity of 64G-128G.
  • Accessories: Exhaust tubing, inline fan, specific lenses (2.5” 20mm, 2.5” 25mm, 4”), 110v chiller water system, steel air compressor pump.
  • Warranty & Support: Minimum 2-year warranty, 1-day onsite training/installation (firm requirement, no remote alternatives), and lifetime customer service guarantee.
