Scope of Work
The contractor will provide on-site basic medical services for students aged 16-24 at the Columbia Basin JCC. The objective is to offer early identification, basic healthcare, health promotion, prevention, and education to help students overcome barriers to employability. Key tasks include:
- Provision of medical services by a Physician and/or Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.
- Examinations, assessments, treatment, prescription issuance (including Schedule II medications), immunizations, and health monitoring.
- Developing medical treatment plans, managing chronic conditions, and providing family planning education.
- Maintaining accurate medical documentation on Student Health Records (SHR) and Job Corps forms.
- Coordination with the Health and Wellness Director, Center Director, and other Center departments.
- Adherence to Federal, state, and local laws, OSHA, HIPAA, and Job Corps Policy and Requirements Handbook (PRH) Chapter 2, Section 2.3.
- Participation in committee meetings, monthly reporting, and quality improvement activities.

Evaluation
