Quick Summary

The Department of the Air Force, AFNWC/NC3's VLF Enterprise Program Office (EPO) is soliciting proposals for the Common Very Low Frequency (VLF) Increment 2 (CVRi2) Modernization. This Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) seeks the design of a "common" advanced VLF capability to modernize legacy VLF NC3 airborne and ground-based systems and equip future platforms. Proposals are due July 1, 2026.
