Scope of Work

The desired capability is a "common" advanced VLF system that is Crypto Modernization-2 (CM2) compliant, New Waveform capable, NSA certified, and Open Mission Systems (OMS) capable. This includes secure Beyond Line of Sight communications for Emergency Action Messages across all conflict levels.

Submission Requirements & Notes

- Offerors must provide their CAGE Code and identify all locations where classified information will be accessed, handled, or processed to the Contracting Officer by April 20, 2026, 4:00 PM ET.
- Amendment #1 incorporates supplemental language into Section 3.4.1 (Volume 1 Technical – Engineering) and Section 3.4.2 (Volume 1 Technical - Logistics).
