Evaluation

Additional Notes
The solicitation package contains Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and access is restricted to Offerors certified by the Joint Certification Program (JCP). Offerors must provide their CAGE Code and identify all locations where classified information will be accessed, handled, or processed to the Contracting Officer by the specified CUI access info due date. No award will be made until funds are available, and the Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.
