Additional Notes
Amendment #2 updated Appendix 3 (Bidder’s Library Content List) and provided an accessible version of the Interface Control Document (ICD) for the KGV-363 End Cryptographic Unit (ECU). This ICD is Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and access may still need to be requested. The Unclassified Documents of the Bidder’s Library are now available for download. Amendment #1 incorporated supplemental language into Sections 3.4.1 and 3.4.2. The solicitation package contains CUI, and access is restricted to Joint Certification Program (JCP) certified Offerors. Offerors must provide their CAGE Code and identify locations for classified information access prior to receipt of such documentation.
