Evaluation Criteria

- Technical Factors: Approach to quality medical care, mitigation of costs/security risks, diversity of services, driving distance, accreditation, and proposed enhancements.
- Past Performance Factors: Quality, relevancy, timeliness, management, small business utilization, and regulatory compliance.
- Price Factors: Evaluated in descending order of importance, including Inpatient Facility, Outpatient Facility, Outpatient Physicians (Telehealth, Mobile MRI), and Inpatient Physicians (Mobile CT, Tele-triage). Pricing is based on Medicare reimbursement benchmarks (Part A, B Physician, B Facility) with proposed discounts or premiums.
