Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Front Desk Services: Assisting walk-in and telephonic inquiries, managing administrative records, and facility scheduling.

• Bilingual Support Services: Offering English and Italian language assistance for transitions and daily life.

• Orientation Tour Operator: Conducting tours to familiarize members with Italian culture, history, and language, and reduce relocation stress.

• Italian Language Instructor: Providing structured language courses and cultural immersion activities.

• English as a Second Language Instructor: Offering instruction for active duty, civilians, and their families.

• A Quality Control Plan (QCP) must be developed and maintained by the contractor.

• Performance will be evaluated under a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

• Specific performance objectives, standards, and acceptable quality levels (AQLs) are detailed in Attachment 1 (Performance Requirements Summary).

• Work will be performed throughout USAG Italy installations and surrounding municipalities.

• Specific operating hours are defined for each service area.
