Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, project management, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment for EHRM infrastructure upgrades. This includes preparing sites for IT Tower Additions (TR Towers), installing new data and fiber optic cabling, and deploying TR equipment. All work must adhere to the A/E's Statement of Work (SOW), VA standards, and local/national/federal guidelines. A key requirement is the submission of an Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) plan for VA approval, with work phased to minimize disruption to veterans and staff. Any new or existing penetrations in walls/ceilings must be fire caulked and sealed. Medical Gas/WAGD work is excluded from this scope.
