• Mechanical schedules detailing specifications for equipment like In-Row Coolers, VRF Outdoor Units, Dehumidifiers, Pumps, Chillers, and Air Terminal Units.
• Control diagrams and sequences of operation for HVAC and chilled water systems.
• Mechanical details for components such as pipe hangers, ductwork, fire dampers, and penetrations.

These drawings are essential for bidders to fully comprehend the project scope, including existing conditions, proposed renovations, phasing strategy, and specific construction requirements. The detailed architectural, structural, mechanical, and ICRA information is critical for accurate cost estimation, schedule development, and ensuring compliance with all project specifications and safety protocols, particularly within a healthcare environment.
