  • Estimated Value: The contract price limitation for award is approximately $30 Million.
  • Period of Performance: 893 calendar days after award for the Base and all Option Items.
  • Liquidated Damages: $1,125.00 per day.
  • Bonds: Performance and Payment Bonds are required.

Key Technical Requirements & Standards

Bidders must adhere to specific USCG standards and requirements:

  • Drawings: Mandatory adherence to USCG CAD Standards, A/E/C CAD Standard, and National CAD Standards (NCS) for creation, storage, maintenance, and submittal of project drawings. Autodesk AutoCAD 2018 or newer is specified.
  • Building Codes: Project will follow Unified Facilities Criteria (UFCs) and multiple Coast Guard standards; International Building Code (IBC) 2018 alone is insufficient. NFPA 1 takes precedence over the International Fire Code (IFC).
  • Sustainability: Compliance with "Guiding Principles for Sustainable Federal Buildings, Dec. 2020" is mandated (LEED certification is not required).
