- Option Item 0001: Expand the facility to a Medium Child Development Center with School Age Classrooms, including design, labor, materials, equipment, mobilization, demobilization, permitting, construction support, quality control, and ancillary items. The scope also covers the preparation of construction documents and associated site amenities.
