- Base Item 0001: Design and construct a Small Child Development Center (CDC) with School Age Classrooms (SAC), including all necessary supervision, labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and permitting.
- Option Item 0001: Expand the facility to a Medium Child Development Center with School Age Classrooms, encompassing design, labor, materials, equipment, mobilization, demobilization, permitting, construction support, quality control, and ancillary items. Detailed architectural, civil, site, and interior design plans are provided.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Task Order.
- Estimated Value: Approximately $30 Million ceiling.
- Period of Performance: 893 calendar days after award for the Base and all Option Items.
- Liquidated Damages: $1,125.00 per day.
