Scope of Work

The requirement encompasses a broad range of services, including but not limited to:

  • Personnel Administration, Program Management, and Lifecycle Integrated Product Support.
  • Technical Services: Specialized engineering (mechanical, civil, electrical, electronic, marine, naval architecture, ocean systems, system engineering, test and evaluation, data analysis), technical research, position papers, and engineering support (design, documentation, warfighter support, safety, software, technical assistance).
  • Investigations & Development: Conducting engineering investigations, developing prototype solutions, and performing test and evaluations of shore, ocean, and expeditionary systems.
  • Programmatic & Analysis Support: RDT&E programmatic, engineering, and test support, amphibious engineering analysis, integrated product support management, product support analysis, and logistics product data development.
  • Management & Control: Configuration management support, quality control, budget and financial analysis, and risk management.
  • Ancillary Services: Public Affairs Office (PAO) support, Information Technology support (operations, system support, application maintenance, help desk, cybersecurity), Administrative support, and Environmental support (engineering, investigations, remedial actions, cost estimating, records management, field sampling).
