Scope of Work

- Collecting air samples from suspected areas across all three floors and garage storage rooms (not to exceed 90 samples for lab analysis).
- Analyzing air samples in a laboratory to identify mold types and concentrations.
- Providing a detailed report outlining findings, potential moisture sources, and recommendations for remediation.
- Furnishing all necessary tools, labor, materials, supplies, equipment (including PPE), and supervision.
