Scope of Work

• Conducting visual inspections of all accessible areas (walls, ceilings, floors, HVAC) for mold growth, water damage, high humidity, and poor ventilation.
• Collecting air samples from suspected areas across all three floors and garage storage rooms (not to exceed 90 samples for lab analysis).
• Analyzing air samples in a laboratory to identify mold types and concentrations.
• Providing a detailed report outlining findings, potential moisture sources, and recommendations for remediation.
• Furnishing all necessary tools, labor, materials, supplies, equipment (including PPE), and supervision.
• Ensuring contractor personnel are certified mold inspectors and remediators.
• Complying with all local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations.
