Scope of Work

The contractor will furnish all necessary tools, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision to perform comprehensive environmental testing and inspection. Key tasks include:

• Visual Inspection: Thorough examination of all accessible areas (walls, ceilings, floors, HVAC systems) for visible mold growth, water damage, leaks, high humidity, and poor ventilation.
• Air Sampling: Collection of air samples from various locations across all three floors and garage storage rooms using specialized equipment, with samples analyzed in a laboratory to identify mold types and concentrations (not to exceed 90 samples for lab analysis).
• Reporting: Provision of a detailed report outlining findings, potential moisture sources, and recommendations for remediation.
• Compliance: Adherence to all local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Personnel: Contractor personnel must be certified mold inspectors and remediators. A superintendent authorized to make decisions must be present during work.

Eligibility & Evaluation

• Eligibility: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov with NAICS code 562910 (Remediation Services) and be certified/listed as an SDVOSB in the SBA certification database.
• Evaluation Factors: Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, considering:

  3. Price The evaluation will prioritize the lowest evaluated price among technically acceptable offers.
