• Analyze air samples in a laboratory to identify mold types and concentrations.

• Provide a report detailing findings, potential moisture sources, and recommendations for remediation.

• Furnish all necessary tools, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision.

• Comply with all local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• Accuracy of all measurements and air sampling is the contractor's responsibility.

• A superintendent authorized to make decisions must be present during work.

• All contractor personnel must adhere to VA security and privacy laws, including the Privacy Act, and identify themselves as contractors when necessary.

• Contractor must not take VA sensitive information from the workplace without written authorization.

• Contractor is responsible for all damages to property or injuries to persons due to their fault or negligence.

• The Government will not furnish any equipment.

• Site visit is encouraged; failure to visit does not relieve bidders of responsibility for estimating costs.

• Notify Contracting Officer and COR immediately of work delays or dangerous conditions.
