- Equipping contractor vehicles with hydraulic lifts, spill kits, and proper containment drums (minimum four 55-gallon steel and two polyethylene drums per vehicle).
- Maintaining positive communication with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on hazardous waste management and providing daily briefings.
- Providing chemists or laboratory technicians upon COR request.
